Since October 2012 the Spa of the Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia, appears with a completely new design. Under the management of Anouchka Gerlach, the owner, the new Spa was expanded and appeared brighter, in shades of blue and yellow. The Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is the jewel of the Seaside group and boasts being the first and only hotel belonging to "The Leading Hotels of the World" in Gran Canaria.
