Cynthia Aguilar is the Education Director for Natura Bissé, Americas regions. With extensive experience in the industry, she is a go-to expert for skincare and treatment techniques.

With more than a decade tenure with Natura Bissé, Cynthia leads a team of multi-channel trainers in the U.S. and Mexico with the goal to help each aesthetician and/or therapist master the Power of Touch in beauty and skin care.

Cynthia is responsible for developing the education programs for both regions and she work closely with the global brand to advance Natura Bissé’s standard of excellence and luxury positioning in the skincare sector.

MANON CRESPI

Manon Crespi is an international model and lifestyle influencer known for sharing the rare and beautiful stories beyond what the eyes can see–of people, places, and things.

Her understanding of luxury’s allure developed over her years as a model and on-air talent, where she has worked with international clothing designers and brands, iconic hair/cosmetic brands, luxury hotels, high-end retailers, and fine jewelry designers.

Manon lived in Boulder, Colorado for 24 years before relocating back to Phoenix, Arizona in May 2021. Today, Manon enjoys her multifaceted life as a wife, mother of four adult children, classic model, and content creator for international brands on Instagram.
