Terms and Conditions
These online Purchase Terms (hereinafter, “Purchase Terms”) apply to the offer and sale of Natura Bissé® products, to end consumers, sold by NATURA BISSÉ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (hereinafter “Natura Bissé”), through the website https://www.naturabisse.com/gb/en/home.
These Purchase Terms govern the contract (hereinafter, the “Contract”) once an order has been placed and/or service has been processed through the website (hereinafter, the “Order”).
Please read these Purchase Terms carefully as well as our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy before using this website and placing any Order. If you have any questions in this regard, you can contact us through our contact methods.
The use of this website or the placing of an Order through it entails the acceptance of these Purchase Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, regardless of the application, digital media, support, or device through which our website was accessed, and a purchase was made.
Our Purchase Terms comply with the regulations in force. Natura Bissé may amend these Purchase Terms at any time, although in the event of an amendment thereof, this will not affect your previous Order and the Terms you accepted at the time of placing your Order will apply.
If Natura Bissé decides to apply specific conditions other than those detailed herein for certain sales and/or products, such specific conditions will take precedence over these Purchase Terms provided that Natura Bissé has specified it and made it known at all times.
The sale of the Natura Bissé® brand products are carried out by NATURA BISSÉ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a British company with the following information:

The items offered through the website are only available for shipping to Great Britain (no British Overseas Territories).
In addition, to be able to purchase our products through the website, the Customer must: (i) be at least 18 years old; (ii) be a national or resident of Great Britain; (iii) be a consumer or end customer, understanding as such the person who acquires them solely for their final use and for purposes outside of their commercial activity, business, trade or industrial profession, office, business and profession [sic]; and (iv) have a valid debit and/or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and/or a PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay account; and (v) provide the personal data requested at the time of placing your Order.
On our website you will find information about all our products, as well as our most exclusive physical points of sale. We provide product descriptions, as well as images of the same, that are as accurate and updated as possible; if you notice an error, please let us know so that we can make the relevant changes.
The products described on our website and the samples of your choice that we provide for each Order where appropriate, are exclusively for personal use and are limited to a maximum of three (3) samples per Order. The Customer may not sell or resell such products and/or samples. If the purchase parameters applicable to the Order are not met, we may cancel or reduce the quantity of products or samples to be delivered to the Customer.
Our website only allows you to make a purchase of a maximum of 5 units of the same product and a maximum of 10 units in total for each Order.
Natura Bissé offers a personal skin care advisory service through which you can obtain additional information and support in relation to our products, their benefits, and properties, as well as their applicability. To request this service, you can contact us by email at beautyadvisor.gb@naturabisse.com and we will be happy to assist you. However, the recommendations issued by Natura Bissé are not considered medical advice or professional advice so the use or contracting of this service is at the Customer’s own risk and responsibility.
To place an Order, you must follow the online purchase procedure outlined to you at all times on the website. Once you have selected your product(s) and you want to complete your purchase, you will be asked if you want to place your Order as a guest Customer or as a registered Customer. To become a registered Customer, you must to create a personal account on our website.
If you have already created your account, you can proceed to make the purchase by logging in with your email and password.
Purchasing as a Guest Customer
You can make a purchase without the need to register and create a profile. This option will mean that you are only asked for information that is strictly necessary to process your Order.
This data will be stored, and you can modify it at any time by contacting us. If you have any questions, you can consult our Privacy Policy.
Before validating your Order and finalising the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of creating your profile and becoming a registered Customer on our website by adding a password to access your personal site, and in that case, you may benefit from the privileges of this status, or you can “CONTINUE AS GUEST” and finalise the purchase process.
Purchasing as a Registered Customer
Our website also allows you to make a purchase by registering as a Customer when you create your profile before completing the purchase process.
To do this, you must complete the electronic form that appears on our website at such time and follow the instructions indicated therein through the section “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”.
Once you have registered through the “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” section, you will receive a welcome email confirming your registration.
Procedure for making an Order
Whether as a Guest Customer or as a Registered Customer, to proceed with the purchase of products through our website, you can select the product(s) you wish to purchase and complete your “GO TO BAG” with the units of product you want to purchase (with a maximum of 5 units of the same product and a maximum of 10 units in total for each Order).
At any time during the process, you can purchase the products that are included in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon and selecting the option “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
To finalise and execute the purchase process, you must choose to continue with your purchase as a Guest Customer or Registered Customer and follow the steps required to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
You can always correct any error in the data entered, change the contents of the bag, remove one or more products, or cancel the entire Order during the purchase process before placing an Order.
To place your Order, you must expressly accept and read these Purchase Terms.
Once you complete the purchase process and authorise the payment, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your Order (the “Confirmation of your order”). If you do not agree with the information entered in this confirmation, you can request the cancellation of your order through the “REVIEW MY ORDER” option. The cancellation option will be available for a limited time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes after the Order is placed. Once this option has been deactivated, you can contact our customer service team by email so, they can tell you how to proceed.
In accordance with the applicable legislation, the Order confirmation email will include a summary of the purchased product(s), with detailed information on the price and method of payment and the delivery address of the Order, as well as its basic Purchase Terms.
Natura Bissé, upon acceptance of these Purchase Terms and once the purchase process is complete, will issue an electronic invoice, which, once the Order has been sent out from our warehouses, you will receive at the email address provided along with the tracking number of your Order.
The invoice is issued in the name of the person who appears in the billing address when the Order is placed, so you must ensure that the Order is placed with the correct billing address.
If you would like to request a sales invoice for your Order, you must contact our customer service team by email at customerservice.gb@naturabisse.com, indicating the Order number and providing the necessary tax details for the creation of said sales invoice. The Natura Bissé team will send you the sales invoice electronically.
Prices
All the prices of our products available on our website include VAT at the rates in force at all times and are in GBP (£).
The prices stated on our website do not include shipping costs, which are added to the total amount of the Order as indicated in the “Shipping Costs” section of these Purchase Terms.
The prices shown on our website can be modified at any time. Such potential changes will not affect Orders for which we have already sent you a confirmation email.
In the event of a special promotion, it will be applied automatically when completing your Order or through a promotional code, as indicated in each case and shall will only be applicable in the market in which it is offered and/or promoted.
Methods of payment
We now accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard).
Natura Bissé will not accept debit and/or credit cards other than those indicated above.
By clicking on “COMPLETE PURCHASE” you are confirming that the card is yours. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your card data will be encrypted. The cards will be subject to verification and authorisation by the issuing entity of the same, but if said entity does not authorise the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and the contract will not be formalised.
Your card will be charged when you place the Order, and we receive it at Natura Bissé.
We ship most orders via FedEx with no shipping and handling costs applied, so “Complimentary Standard Shipping” is available for all online Orders.
As per its internal policy, Natura Bissé will not process Orders that contain a delivery address in a post office box, to BFPOs or University address.
All orders are processed and dispatched according to their shipping method. Orders using “STANDARD DELIVERY” or “72 HR DELIVERY” are processed and dispatched from Barcelona, Spain. Orders using the “EXPRESS DELIVERY” method are processed and dispatched from London, UK.
Shipping methods:
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days after processing. Available for orders consisting of “EXPRESS” products only. Orders that include both non-Express and Express products are not eligible for this shipping method.
72 HR DELIVERY: Delivered within 3 to 4 business days after processing.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivered within 5 or more business days after processing.
All orders received after 12:00 pm GMT are processed on the next business day, following the relevant business calendar (processing and dispatch location). All Orders are delivered only on UK business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national and local holidays).
Barring unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the products listed in your “ORDER CONFIRMATION” email using the selected shipping method and within the corresponding timeframe.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date we will inform you promptly and offer you the choice of either selecting a new delivery date or canceling the order for a full refund.
Delivery is considered complete when the order has been delivered to the specified address or received in accordance with standard delivery practices.
If you have placed your Order as a guest Customer, you can review your Order through the link included in the email you will receive after your purchase has been formalised and sent.
If you have placed your Order as a registered Customer, you will be able to track the status of your Order in the “MY ORDERS” section of your account site or through the link included in the automatic email you will receive after your Order is sent.
If you have placed your order as a registered Customer, you will have approximately fifteen (15) minutes to cancel it from your account. Once that period has passed, your purchase information will be transferred to start preparing the Order.
If this option is already disabled or if you have made your purchase as a guest Customer, you should contact our Customer Service team. They will confirm if you are on time to cancel it or if you should wait to receive your Order before proceeding to return it.
It is currently not possible to make automatic changes on our website. If you wish to exchange any item in your Order, you must cancel it if possible, otherwise, wait to receive it before returning the item(s) you wish to exchange, following the instructions in our Returns Policy (see section 11 below) and place a new Order on our website.
At Natura Bissé, we are proud of the quality of our products, our attention to detail and of following strict standards of excellence and efficacy. In any case, you can return any product or even your entire Order when the conditions set forth below are met.
Right of cancellation
In accordance with the applicable legislation in the England and Wales, in certain circumstances you can cancel the Order. You have the right to cancel this Contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason. This is sometimes called a “cooling off” period and gives you the opportunity to change your mind.
The cancellation period will expire after fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the Contract between us. To exercise the right to cancel you must notify us of your desire to cancel the Contract in a clear statement in writing to our address on the Contract or to customerservice.gb@naturabisse.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
In order to protect health and hygiene, Natura Bissé will not accept the return or reimbursement of any product(s) on which the seal has been broken.
Please also keep in mind that, in order to obtain the refund, any gift received with your purchase will have to be returned in perfect condition with the product you want to return. If you do not return the gift received with the purchase, its value will be deducted from the final refund.
To exercise your right, you must download our returns form here and contact us to customerservice.gb@naturabisse.com to request a pick-up from the address where the order was delivered. This courier service will be free of charge for the Customer. After the confirmation by our Customer Services team about the day on which collection will take place, you must prepare the return in its original packaging and in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you.
Please make sure to include the completed return form and that the package is properly sealed to avoid loss or damage to the product(s) during the return journey to the Natura Bissé offices.

Refund of your Order if you exercise your right of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, once the returned product(s) arrives at our facilities, our team will verify that the conditions for proceeding with the refund are met.
You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed and that you will receive the refund in the following few days through the same payment method used for the purchase. In any case, the reimbursement will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the products at the Natura Bissé facilities. The refunds may only be issued in the same form as utilized for payment and they will show on next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
If, for any reason, any of the conditions necessary for the return of the product(s) are not met, our customer service team will contact you to tell you the next steps to follow.
Non-Conformity of your Order
All the products sold on our website are covered by legal guarantees that allow the Customer to replace any non-conformant products that have been delivered to you free of charge.
Please check your purchase once you have received your Order. If your items have been damaged, notify us immediately and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. Once the issue has been analysed by our customer service team, if applicable, Natura Bissé will replace the affected product(s) at no cost to you.
Natura Bissé will answer for any lack of conformity of the Order received for two (2) years following the delivery thereof, always in accordance with the conditions and limitations set forth in the applicable regulations. If you do not notify us of the non-conformity in the Order received within said period, said right will expire.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the product(s) received, you must inform us within two (2) months of becoming aware of the non-conformity.
To record the complaint and process the issue, you must write us an email at customerservice.gb@naturabisse.com indicating the issue and our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed.
If any of these Purchase Terms are declared null and void by a final resolution issued by the competent authority, the remaining Purchase Terms will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and you are informed that the data you provide to us will be controlled by Natura Bissé International Limited, with Company VAT number 145190326, located at Fourth Floor 15, Grosvenor Gardens, London, United Kingdom, SW1W OBD, with email address dpd.uk@naturabisse.com.
Your data will be processed for the purpose of managing our relationship. The personal data that you provide to us will be kept for the time necessary to always comply with legal and contractual obligations according to current regulations.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent. Your data will not be transferred to any third party except when so required by legal obligations and to related companies & affiliates of Natura Bissé International Limited. You are hereby informed that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, and opposition by sending an email to dpd.uk@naturabisse.com. You can obtain more information about your rights by visiting the website of the Information Commissioner’s Office, and you may file a complaint with this Commission if you consider it appropriate. These Purchase Terms and, consequently, the corresponding Electronic Contract that is executed, will be governed by Spanish legislation.
