The mineral-medicinal water of the Hotel Balneario Valle del Jerte flows from the spring located in the Vega del Salobral area, where formerly there was a bathing place to use its waters for therapeutic purposes, free from sources of infection. They are classified as hypothermal waters of weak mineralization, sulfurized, bicarbonated, fluoridated with calcium and magnesium, beneficial for conditions of the locomotor, respiratory and skin systems. In this way, an optimal relaxing and analgesic state is created to combat stress and anxiety. The water temperature must therefore be regulated in very specific parameters to preserve all these properties.
