Do you accept orders outside the United States?

Natura Bissé Online accepts orders that are shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.

We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience

Are you responsible for online sales from other websites?

To help ensure quality control, Natura Bissé products are distributed and sold exclusively by authorized distributors and retailers. If you obtain Natura Bissé products from any source other than an authorized distributor or retailer, you do so at your own risk and any Natura Bissé guarantee may be voided.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states – California-CA, Colorado-CO, Connecticut-CT, Illinois-IL, New Jersey- NJ, New York-NY, Ohio-OH, Texas-TX.

What do I do if my shipment or product arrived damaged?

While we do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear.

However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please read our Terms and Conditions policy – Section Returns and Exchanges

Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include: Item(s) not available, Inability to process payment information, Cannot ship to address provided, Duplicate orders placed , Cancelled at the customer's request

You will be contacted by email in the event that there is an issue with your order and it is cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If have any questions, please Email Us at customerservice@naturabisse.com.

How do I know if an item I want to order is on back order or delayed?

Although we do not foresee any delays, sometimes demand exceeds supply and an out-of-stock occurs. Should this happen, you will be notified of any items that are out of stock. We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately using the selected shipping method and backorder out of stock merchandise under the original Natura Bissé Online order number.

Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but are available for advanced purchase online. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. You will be charged once your order is placed in order to secure product availability

What are your shipping rates?

For shipments within the 48 contiguous states in the United States, the following shipping and handling costs apply:

Order cost w/o taxes over $100, shipping is free.

2-Days (weekdays only): $18

Next Day (weekdays only):  $25

Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii Shipping & Handling Rates:

2-Day (weekdays only): $35

Next Day (weekdays only): $45

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are only eligible for 2-Day or Next Day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Any orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. In-stock products will ship in approximately 48 hours. Out-of-stock products will ship when available, approximately 3 weeks.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Only items purchased on naturabisse.com with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for exchange or return.

USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL - Please complete the return and exchange form included with your shipment and repack the unused portion in its original packaging and enclose the completed form. Affix the Fedex pre-paid shipping label included in your package and hand this to Fedex either using the FEDEX Store, FEDEX drop box or any FEDEX driver.

Can I return an item purchased in a retail outlet to Natura bisse.com?

Purchases made at another retail outlet cannot be returned or exchanged through naturabisse.com

Can I return an item purchased on naturabisse.com to a store?

Purchases made on naturabisse.com cannot be returned or exchanged in a store location.

Can you send me some samples?

At Natura Bissé we believe that it is important to try before you buy, however we also strongly believe that you should receive the correct samples for your skin type or concern. With any order at naturabisse.com above $50 you will receive 3 samples of your choice at checkout.
