Shipping Options and Handling

Natura Bissé Online accepts orders that are shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience. 

FedEx is unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes because the USPS will not allow them to do so - the postal regulations state that only the USPS can deliver to a PO Box.

Any orders received after 1 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. In-stock products will ship in approximately 48 hours. Out-of-stock products will ship when available, approximately 3 weeks. For order cancellations, we kindly ask that you read our cancellation policy.

For shipments within the 48 contiguous states, the following shipping and handling costs apply: (only if FedEx option is available to shipping destination)

Order cost w/o taxes over $100, shipping is free.

2-Days (weekdays only): $18

Next Day (weekdays only): $25

Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii Shipping & Handling Rates:

2-Day (weekdays only): $35

Next Day (weekdays only): $45

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are only eligible for 2-Day or Next Day.

Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed by Natura Bissé.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states – California-CA, Colorado-CO, Connecticut-CT, Illinois-IL, New Jersey- NJ, New York-NY, Ohio-OH, Texas-TX. Payment Method

When placing your order, we accept: American Express, VISA or Master Card.

Authorization hold (also card authorization, preauthorization, or preauth) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions made with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold "falls off." In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account (and thereby render the balance available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy; in the case of credit cards, holds may last as long as 30 days, depending on the issuing bank. Funds held on your credit or debit cards due to an error while processing your credit card information are actions taken by the issuing bank and not by Natura Bisse.

Billing

You will not be charged for your purchase until your order is shipped. For assistance with billing questions, please contact us via email at customerservice@naturabisse.com

In case of presales you will be charged once your order is placed in order to secure product availability Maximum Purchase Policy.

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than five (5) units of the same item and no more  than eleven (11) units total. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at customerservice@naturabisse.com and we will be happy to assist.

Item Availability

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order , you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available (approximately 3 weeks). If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. No shipping will be charged for backordered items. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, you will be informed how to do it in the email sent to you regarding Order Status.

Receiving your order

Ours orders are dispatched via Fedex.

You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you at a cost of $3. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, Fedex will leave a re-delivery slip.

When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Returns

At Natura Bissé, we take great pride in the quality of our products; attention to highest standards and effectiveness is our priority. We also carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days of purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We will credit the card used in the original purchase within 14 business days, and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

The following requirements apply to all returns:

1 - We will only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from Natura Bissé International, Inc. We cannot accept returns for products purchased at other retail outlets.

2 - Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

3 - We cannot accept returns on overly used products as defined by Natura Bissé.

4 - Gift with Purchases must be returned along with the product purchased to receive full credit.

5 - Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6 - All returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed Return To Vendor form, along with a copy of your Natura Bisse International Inc. payment receipt (sent via email) showing proof of purchase. The Return to Vendor form will be included in the original shipment and may also be downloaded here (Adobe PDF Reader required).

7 - Natura Bissé International, Inc. is not responsible for the shipment until delivered. The shipment must be sent via a traceable method to:

Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email.

Damaged Items

Please inspect the carton of your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It may be possible for the outer box of the merchandise to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Customer Service within five (5) business days of receipt at customerservice@naturabisse.com, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Please provide your order number in your email and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. Instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative, and we will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.

Incorrect Orders

Please notify Customer Service at customerservice@naturabisse.com of any order inaccuracies within five (5) business days of receipt. We will request you to return the incorrect portion of the products to us and will proceed to reimburse you for the return shipping fee and waive the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Further instructions will be provided by our Customer Service Representative.

Order Cancellations

You may be able to cancel a Natura Bisse order as long as the order or a product status is “in process”.

Registered customers: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel. 

NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on “Order number”, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

 

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:

Item(s) not available.

Difficulty in processing payment information.

Cannot ship to address provided.

A duplicate order was placed.

Cancelled due to a customer request (only if product has not yet shipped, otherwise Return Policy will apply).

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
