As you may know, Natura Bissé has a new protocol, The Mindful Touch. Your Mindfulness Spa Experience. As part of this launch we wanted to invite three beauty addicts to try it out during a 360 ° beauty getaway in which they were also able to enter the complete and enriching world of mindfulness.
The guests were Patricia Sañes from the Coolhunter Diary blog, Lulu Figueroa from the Lulumai blog and instagramer María Fernández Rubíes. The challenge? Two days to quiet the mind, release stress and live in the present. The person responsible for guiding the girls in this complex task was psychologist and mindfulness expert Alejandra Vallejo-Nágera. The place, the Agroturismo Atzaró hotel. A centuries-old estate located in the heart of the island of Ibiza, an oasis surrounded by nature with lush gardens and relaxing areas where everything runs at a different pace.
The first thing the guests did upon arrival was to discover and enjoy The Mindful Touch, our latest ritual that, for the first time, brings the mindfulness technique, a key tool to live better, to the treatment room. Virtual reality, Natura Bissé skincare and the therapist’s expertise are combined in this experience that raises the concept of beauty treatments to a new level. It was about the guests leaving all their concerns outside the treatment room and connecting with their skin. And we did it!
Healthy ingredients and local products were the focus of the relaxed meals. At night, before going to bed, Alejandra Vallejo-Nágera taught our guests to breathe and relax, concentrating on this activity that we normally do automatically and preparing each one to fall asleep. Early in the morning, within the tranquility of the hotel gardens, the expert gave a "Chi Kung" session (life energy cultivation), an ancient Chinese technique that comprises the mind, breathing and physical exercise.
For Natura Bissé beauty is a concept that contemplates both body and mind, and this getaway is a reflection of it. More and more, our daily routine, stress, and life in big cities require us to stop and appreciate the now to recover our balance both inside and out. This has been a journey to press pause, disconnect and look within oneself.
